1.19.13 WOMEN'S TRACK AND FIELD: Cavs Shine at Al Hall Freedom Games

(Erie, PA) Walsh successfully compete in the Al Hall Freedom Games, hosted by Edinboro University today.

Leah Beatty (Sr., Enon Valley, PA/Mohawk) finished third in the weight throw (41-10.00) and the shot put (36-08.25). Erica Hicks (Fr., Garfield Heights, OH/Trinity) placed third in the 60m dash (8.34). Krissy Sokol (Jr., Akron, OH/Archbishop Hoban) placed fourth in the shot (36-05.50). Kelsey Dickey (So., Cortland, OH/Lakeview) was fifth in the 800m (2:34.51) and Shannon Montgomery (Fr., Newton Falls, OH/HS) finished fifth in the weight throw (40-04.25).
