(Houghton, NY) Walsh (11-4, 7-3) was blanked 2-0 today by Houghton College (15-3) in an American Mideast Conference game today. The Highlanders scored a goal in each half in stopping the Cavs modest two-game win streak.

Alyssa Figeroa opened the scoring at 28:55 of the first half. Houghton out shot the Cavs 10-2 in the first half. The home team added an insurance goal at 80:26, when Atalie Fite scored off of a rebound. The Highlanders out shot the Cavs 11-2 in the final 45 minutes and 21-4 for the game.

The Cavs are at Malone University on Wednesday for a 3 pm start.
