2.14.14 MEN'S BASKETBALL: Cavs Put Seven-Game Win Streak on Line vs. Tiffin at Home on Saturday

NCAA 23rd ranked Walsh (18-3, 14-3) won its seventh straight game, and remained in sole possession of first place in the GLIAC South after defeating Ohio Dominican University 85-59 In Columbus on Thursday night. The Cavs have won 13 of their last 14 games. Walsh leads Findlay by one-half game in the South, and have played one less game than the Oilers.
Walsh is home to Tiffin University on Saturday (3 pm), and play their final regular season home game against the University of Findlay next Thursday night (7:30 pm). Both games will be broadcast live on WNPQ FM, 95.9 and streamed live on TEAMLINE.
CAVS TAME PANTHERS: Walsh shot well in all areas on Thursday night in defeating Ohio Dominican University 85-59, giving the Cavs a series sweep of the Panthers. The Cavs, who led from start-to-finish, shot 54% (15-28) from the floor in the first half, and 67% (16-24) in the second half in the romp. They also connected on 9-19 (47%) from behind the arc, and hit 14-18 (78%) from the charity stripe.
COPELAND SCORES 23 POINTS: Jeff Copeland had one of his finest games as a Cavalier. The junior connected on 11-13 from the field, grabbed seven rebounds, and handed out a career-high seven assists.
