2.19.11 WOMEN'S TRACK: 4x400m Team Qualifies for Nationals at KSU Tune-Up; Foster Shatters PV Mark, Again

(Kent, OH) Walsh's 4x400m relay team qualified for the NAIA National Championships (Geneva, OH, March 3-5) with their Walsh record time of 4:03.11 at the Kent State University Tune-Up. Carley Adams (So., Louisville, OH/HS), Sarah Martter (So., Peninsula, OH/Woodbridge), Alison Swarny (So., Bolivar, OH/Tusky Valley) and Molly Martin (So., Canfield, OH/HS) recorded a fourth place finish.

Stephanie Foster (So., Lodi, OH/Cloverfleaf) finished third and shattered her record vault of last week in the pole vault (12-00.0). Alison Swarny (So., Bolivar, OH/Tusky Valley) finished 15th in the 400m (1:01.00) and Kristi Havens (Sr., Wadsworth, OH/HS) placed 19th in the 800m (2:25.11).
