3.5.2010 MEN'S TRACK: Morgan National Champion in Long Jump

(Johnson City, TN) Joe Morgan (Jr., Canton, OH/McKinley) shattered his own school record (24-00.75), and became an NAIA National Indoor Champ in the long jump today. Morgan's jump of 25-06.75 gave Walsh its first national indoor champ since March of 2003, when Kevin Surnear turned the trick in the shot put.
