4.16.11 WOMEN'S TRACK: Cavs Third at AMC Championships; Bennett, Foster All-AMC

(Cedarville, OH) Walsh finished third (142.50) at the American Mideast Conference Track and Field Championships being held at Cedarville University. Malone University (224.50) finished first, with host Cedarville second (187).

Amanda Bennett (So., Tallmadge, OH/HS) repeated as the conference champion in the high jump, with a mark of 5-03.11. Stephanie Foster (So., Lodi, OH/Cloverleaf) also repeated as AMC Pole Vault champion yesterday with a vault of 11-11.75.

Dayna Daltorio (Jr., New Middletown, OH/Cardinal Mooney) performed well, finishing third in the javelin (99-04) and 400m hurdles (1:08.88).
