The pair will be recognized on Saturday, September 6 at halftime of the Walsh/Tiffin University Football game at Fawcett Stadium at 12 pm.

Foster, who also earned Athlete of the Year honors in 2011-12, became Walsh’s first NCAA Division II All-American and earned the honor twice after she placed in the indoor and outdoor national championships. She finished third at the outdoor national championships and fourth in the indoor national championships. In both cases, Foster was one of a few athletes to automatically qualify for both national meets.

Foster won a total of nine pole vault competitions during the 2013-14 season and finished second in both the indoor and outdoor GLIAC Championships behind the nation’s No. 1 vaulter from Grand Valley. Her best vault of the year was outdoors at 4.13 meters (13 feet, 6.5 inches) broke her own school record she set in 2012. Her best indoor vault of 4.10 meters (13 feet, 5.25 inches) also set a school record. Both indoor and outdoor vaults were the second highest in the nation. Foster was also a two-time USTFCCCA All-Region and All-GLIAC selection.

DuPont earned second-team All-GLIAC honors on Walsh’s (22-6, 17-5) South Division co-championship team.  Brad, the Cavs’ starting point guard for three years, led the GLIAC in assists (5.8) and was second in NCAA ll in assist/turnover ratio (3.8). He averaged 8.1 points, 5.4 rebounds, shot 45% from the floor, 40% from three-point, and 77% from the foul line. He also led the Cavs with 31 steals.
