(Cedarville, OH) Walsh's (9-9) bid for a final trip to the NAIA National Championships ended today, as the Cavs were edged 5-4 by Kentucky Intercollegiate Conference Champion Brescia College (14-5) at the Johnson-Murdoch Tennis Complex. The match was tied at 4-4, when Brescia's Alexis DeVilleneuve defeated Walsh's Mark Innes (Jr., Randburg, South Africa/Kings School Robin Hills) 6-1, 5-7, 6-4 to decide the match.
