ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Regardless of licensure program, certain commonalities apply to any student who elects to participate in the LEAD Program. Students interested in licensure should schedule and interview with Director of Graduate Studies in the Division of Education and the Lead Program Coordinator and submit the following to Graduate Admission at Walsh University prior to registration for classes:
- A completed application form and a non-refundable fee of $25.
- An official transcript(s) of undergraduate and other graduate work directly from the applicant's college(s).
- Three letters of recommendation from people qualified to appraise scholastics aptitude and personal and professional promise.
- Evidence of at least a 2.7 cumulative grade point average (GPA) on a 4.0 scale in the content area in which licensure is sought.
- A clear background check free from any offenses that would preclude licensure and/or employment.
- Supply verification of contemporary work in content area.
- A writing sample.
- An affidavit of good moral character.
