Admissions Process

 Application

All materials are submitted to the PTCAS program page for Walsh University DPT at:

http://www.ptcas.org/ptcas/public/Listing.aspx?seqn=271&navid=10737426783

• Candidates are able to submit items to PTCAS on a rolling basis until file materials are complete.
• Materials are sent to our program from PTCAS with updated materials each week.

As materials are received by our program, applicants will be considered for interview based on the following minimum criteria:

• Completed application and fees
• Completion of 8 prerequisite courses. For Walsh Accelerated students, 6 prerequisite courses need to be completed.
• GRE scores
• 2 observations
• 2 recommendation letters

After the soft deadline of 10/1/2012, candidates will be ranked based upon review of their materials. Interview will be offered to candidates for either a November or December session.

At the completion of the December interview, all interviewed candidates will be ranked. Offers for admission will be made in late December to early January.

 Applicants who submit their material by the close date of December 17, 2012 and were not interviewed will be considered for a waitlist interview session in February.
