Brauchler Hall
Built in 1999, Brauchler Hall was made possible by the gift of William F. Brauchler Jr. This residence hall offers apartment-style living for 5 students, making it the perfect choice for students who desire more spacious living along with the convenience of being on campus.
Eligibility to live in Brauchler Hall is based upon completed credit hours, number of semesters on campus, and GPA. Residents must also demonstrate the necessary maturity and responsibility.
Brauchler Hall residents are provided with a key to the apartment as well as a separate key to their own bedroom.
All suites have a 1,200 sq. ft. layout, which consists of:
- 3 Single bedrooms
- 1 Double bedroom
- 2 Full bathrooms
- Living room
- Laundry room
- Kitchen
Each kitchen comes fully equipped with:
- Refrigerator
- Oven
- Dishwasher
- Microwave
**Vacuums are also provided.
Bedrooms contain:
- Standard full mattress (single rooms)
- Standard twin mattress (double room)
- 4-drawer dressers
- Desks
Air-conditioned: Yes
Internet: High speed connection with Wi-Fi
Meal plan: Limited or Full
Alcohol Permitted: Yes, to students 21 or over.
Living on campus provides students with convenience, as well as giving them the unique opportunity to build lasting relationships.
