BYOB: Midrash and the Text

How do the Rabbis study text? In peeling away the layers of meaning the interpretative study known as Midrash keeps the text alive in every age. Rabbi Spitzer will encourage this kind of encounter with several major Hebrew Bible themes. Bring your own Bible to each session.
