Undergraduate Internships: Requirements and Course Options

At Walsh University, internships are a vital part of our mission. These professional experiences allow students to bridge classroom learning with real-world application, deepening their understanding of their disciplines while discerning their vocational calling.

Internships at Walsh promote intellectual growth, ethical decision-making, and a commitment to service—core elements of the Walsh experience. By engaging in meaningful work, students strengthen skills in critical thinking, communication, and cultural awareness as they prepare to make a lasting impact in their communities and careers.

Because we recognize the transformative value of this experience, every Walsh University undergraduate student completes an internship in their field of study prior to graduation. This page provides the essential information current and prospective students need to navigate internship requirements, explore related coursework, and connect with the dedicated team ready to guide you through every step—from preparation to placement to professional success.
