C. Chapter Goals

The 2003 - 04 goals of Alpha Mu are to:

• Develop close and supportive relationships with incoming graduate students.
• Encourage, actively, all members to become more involved with Alpha Mu activities, events and programs.
• Provide high quality professional development programming and training.
• Foster a warm, unconditional and supportive atmosphere for personal growth and development.
• Promote Chi Sigma Iota as a dedicated and professional counseling organization.
• Build awareness within the community of the importance of counseling.
• Encourage and support state and national legislative goals that promote the counseling profession.
• Give back to Walsh University and the Stark County community through unselfish service.
• Build community awareness of Walsh University resources and programs.
