Christine A. McCallum, PT, GCS, Ph.D
Assistant Clinical Professor of Physical Therapy
Director of Clinical Education

Professor McCallum has over 10 years of service to the physical therapy profession. Her experience includes positions as a clinician, clinical educator and academic educator.

Professor McCallum earned her Bachelor of Science degree in physical therapy from Ohio University, and her Master of Science degree in higher education administration from the University of Akron, and recently enrolled in a doctoral program in education at the University of Akron. She is a credentialed clinical instructor through the American Physical Therapy Association.

Professor McCallum has held the position of ACCE at Walsh University since 1999 where she coordinates the clinical education component of the curriculum. Prior to joining Walsh University, she practiced physical therapy as a clinical manager specializing in geriatric rehabilitation.

Professor McCallum maintains involvement within the profession through serving on the executive board of the East Central District of the Ohio Physical Therapy Association. In addition to the clinical education program, Professor McCallum teaches the professional development courses as well as health care management.
