Collaborative Class Now Offered with Universities in Denver & Israel

Walsh University is now offering a collaborative class with universities in Denver and Israel. Entitled "Leadership Development Across the Globe," this course will be open to all Walsh University students as well as the public. It focuses on the various leadership models and allows students to discover the type of leadership skills they need to become transformational leaders in their administrative positions. Students will be assessed through self-assessment, and one on one with faculty, to identify the leadership skills administrators need to enrich or develop to become successful transformational leaders. Students will work collaboratively with faculty and students from Walsh University, University of Colorado– Denver, and Oranim College in Israel on projects related to leadership development.
Classes will be held Wednesday nights from 6 to 8 p.m. on the following dates:
- October 16 and 30
- November 6, 13 and 20
- December 4, 11 and 18
- January 15 and 22
In addition, students will be required to participate in two video conferences from the Walsh campus on November 3 and December 15 from 6 to 9 p.m.
Cost for this 3-credit hour course is $250 per credit hour. This is the first course in a series of two. The second course will start in March 2014.
