This syllabus and packet explains how you will be evaluated for this course.

To fulfill your obligation for this class you need to fill in the Communication Internship Application/Contract and turn that in to me with the name, title and contact information (address and phone number) of your immediate supervisor. Also your supervisor must complete a Media Internship Confirmation to be sent/faxed at the start of your internship.

GRADING CRITERIA:

  1. Each week (regardless if you worked or not) you should turn in a weekly internship report, no later than Tuesday afternoon the following week to my office mailbox (SC024), or my campus mailbox (1240).The weekly internship report tells the number of hours you have worked, and the duties you performed during that time period. This report goes toward your interning grade.Evaluation includes on time and completeness of your weekly internship report.(25%)
