The Comprehensive Science major at Walsh University provides students who do not wish to attend professional, graduate or MT-ASCP training programs to complete a BS and move into the private sector with a strong exposure to science.  This major provides enough exposure to science to enable career transitions to pharmaceutical sales and lab bench work in quality control, toxicology, environmental sciences and others.  The Comprehensive Science major contains a cross-section of courses in biology, physics, chemistry and math with considerable laboratory experience as well.
