Bryan Badar was appointed Director of Residence Life in July of 2008.  He has served the Walsh community as a member of the Residence Life professional staff since 2004.  Bryan received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education as well as his Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Development from Walsh University.  Bryan now oversees the comprehensive Residence Life program which includes the establishment of programs and services which foster respect, dignity, and collegiality among residential students, in unison with the ethics and spirit of the University's Mission Statement.  Bryan directly supervises the Assistant Director of Residence, Coordinator of Residence Education & Leadership, and Coordinator of Residential Administrative Services.

Rachel Hosler

Rachel Hosler serves as the Assistant Director of Residence Life and Hall Director for Olivieri Towers.  She rejoined the Walsh community in the summer of 2006 after working for Jefferson County school district in Louisville Kentucky.  Rachel graduated from Walsh University in 2004 with her Bachelor’s Degree in Education and is currently completing her M.A. in Counseling & Human Development.   Rachel oversees all aspects of the Resident Assistant staff including training/in-services, RA selection, and the housing sign-up process.  Rachel directly supervisors the Wilkof Towers Hall Coordinator and the RA team in Olivieri Towers.

Mike Cinson

Coordinator of Residence Education & Leadership

Mike Cinson returned to the Walsh University Residence Life team in 2007 as the Coordinator of Residence Education and Leadership.  Mike received his Bachelor’s Degree from Walsh University in 2005 and a M.S. in College Student Personnel Services and Administration from the University of Central Arkansas in 2007.  Mike coordinates Residence Life programming, philanthropy projects, and assessment of hall program quality.  In addition he provides training and development for the Residence Hall Association (RHA), and serves as chair of the Dale S. Howard Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH).  Mike currently oversees the First Year Residential Experience and directly supervises the Alexis Hall Coordinator as well as the Menard Hall / Betzler Tower Resident Assistant staff.

Tiffany “TK” Kinnard

Tiffany Kinnard serves as the Coordinator of Residential Administered Services and Hall Director for Brauchler, Meier, Stein and Lemmon Halls.   TK completed her Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology in 2006 and her M.A. in Counseling & Human Development at Walsh University in 2008.  TK oversees approval of all housing accommodations during break periods and summer housing, coordinates the residence hall summer conference program, manages the use of auxiliary spaces with the residence halls for use by clubs and organizations, and facilitates the CAVS Crew program.  In addition TK supervises the University Apartments & Lemmon Hall Resident Assistant staff.

Jason Downey

Jason Downey has served as a member of the Residence Life Professional staff since 2007.  Jason received his Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Walsh University and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Counseling & Human Development.  As the Hall Coordinator for Alexis Hall, Jason manages hall programming, discipline issues, as well as provides conflict resolution and crisis management.  Jason also directly supervises the Alexis Hall Resident Assistant team and oversees the First Year Residential Experience.

Audra Smail

Wilkof Towers Hall Coordinator

Audra Smail joined the Residence Life Professional staff in 2008.  After completing her B.A. in Education, Audra is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Education at Walsh University.  As the Hall Coordinator for Wilkof Towers, Audra manages hall programming, discipline issues, as well as provides conflict resolution and crisis management.  Audra supervises the Wilkof Towers Resident Assistant staff.
