The Director of Residence Life (DRL) oversees the comprehensive Residence Life program.  This includes the establishment of programs and services which foster respect, dignity, and collegiality among residential students, in unison with the ethics and spirit of the University's Mission Statement. The DRL supervises the Assistant Director of Residence Life, Hall Director Staff and, indirectly, the Resident Assistants (RAs) to meet student and community needs. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, establishing close relationships with residents, staff, and faculty; managing the day to day operations of residence life; housing contracts and placement; Hall Director, Resident Assistant, and Hall Coordinator selection and training; overseeing residential programming; campus duty coverage; discipline; and conflict resolution/crisis management.

Towers Two Hall Director

The Coordinator of Residential Administrative Services (CRAS) oversees the Towers Two residence hall and is responsible for supervising the Graduate Hall Coordinator for Wilkof Towers.  The Coordinator of Residential Administrative Services responsibilities include, but are not limited to, approving accommodations during winter/spring break and summer sessions; summer conferences, managing auxiliary spaces with the residence halls for use by clubs and organizations, meal plan changes during the fall and spring semester, continual communication with the residential students on community, coordinating the Snowbird program for commuter students and staff requiring short-term housing, and coordination of the CAVS Crew program.  The CRASs other responsibilities include campus duty coverage, discipline, conflict resolution and crisis management.

University Apartments Hall Director

The Coordinator of Residence Education and Leadership (CREL) oversees the University Apartments (Brauchler, Meier, Stein) and Lemmon Hall.  The Coordinator of Residential Education and Leadership responsibilities include, but are not limited to, coordinating Residence Life theme week programming, philanthropy projects in association with the Lead Resident Assistant staff, residence hall weekend programming, monitoring/assessing hall program quality, providing training and development for the Residence Hall Association (RHA), and serving as chair of the Dale S. Howard Chapter of the National Residence Hall Honorary (NRHH).  The CRELs other responsibilities include campus duty coverage, discipline, conflict resolution and crisis management.

The Hall Coordinator (HC) for Wilkof Towers is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student‑centered community within one residence hall. This includes supervision of the Resident Assistant Staff, coordination of hall programming, and managing student needs within the hall. The Hall Coordinator works to establish close relationships with students, serving as a resource through the maintenance of regular office hours. The Hall Coordinator's other responsibilities include campus duty coverage, discipline, conflict resolution and crisis management.  The Wilkof Towers Hall Coordinator reports to the Coordinator of Residential Administrative Services.

The Hall Coordinator (HC) the Alexis Hall Coordinator is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student‑centered community within one residence hall. This includes supervision of the Resident Assistant Staff, coordination of hall programming and the First Year Residential Experience, as well as managing student needs within the hall. The Hall Coordinator works to establish close relationships with students, serving as a resource through the maintenance of regular office hours. The HC’s other responsibilities include campus duty coverage, discipline, conflict resolution and crisis management.  The Alexis Hall Coordinator reports to the Assistant Director of Residence Life.
