Shaan earned her Bachelor Arts in English from Mount Union College and a Master of Arts in Higher Education Administration from the University of Akron. She brings 23 years of experience in career development and is eager to share her knowledge with Walsh students.

Cathy served as secretarial support to the Division of Business and Economics Undergraduate and Graduate Program and secretary to Academic Assembly. She now supports the Career Center, Campus Ministry, Commuter Services, MultiCultural Affairs and Service and Social Outreach. Cathy earned her Associates Degree from Mount Aloysius College.
