BUS 382 Creativity and Innovation 3 sem. Hrs.
In this course, students examine the creative process and the management of this process. Students learn the basic features of the creative process, both short- and long- term to enable understanding of a number of different psychological and cultural approaches to creativity. An emphasis will be placed on critical issues involved in managing creativity effectively. Prerequisites: BUS 110, BUS 111, BUS 113, and ECON 205 or ECON 203. Offered Fall semester. First offered Fall 2012.
