BUS 428 Software and System Development Project 4 sem. hrs.
This course is a senior-level, major capstone course. The first half focuses on practical experience as an intern in the information system department of a corporation. The second half of this course focuses on application of computer programming and system development concepts, principles, and practices by analyzing, designing and documenting a realistic information system. The emphasis is on group research in implementing an information system with software packages. This course requires students to demonstrate ability and capacity to prepare and present a complete information system. Prerequisite: BUS 427. Offered as needed.
