BUS 334 Cost Accounting I 3 sem. hrs.
This course introduces students to the uses of cost accounting data to assist management in making decisions and in establishing policies of operations. The topics of this course include included job, process, and activity-based costing systems, cost behavior patterns, cost-volume-profit relationships, budgeting and responsibility accounting. Prerequisite: BUS 102 or BUS 210 with a grade of C or better. (DSoB supports degree completion program offered through the School for Professional Studies.)
