ENG 316 Autobiographical Writing 3 sem. hrs.
H2b: Traditionally speaking, an autobiography presents the truthful account of the author's life. This course explores the ways in which men and women have had to meet the challenges of that tradition given the personal, political, social, and religious constraints under which they historically lived. Perceptions of gender will be discussed and linked to both course readings and to the tradition presented in Gaudium et Spes. Fulfills Heritage H2b requirement.
