Craig Kench

Craig Kench (Men's Soccer, 1997-2000) lettered four times on the soccer field at midfield and forward. Kench earned All-AMC honors all four years and led the Cavs to the postseason each year. As a freshman, he earned honorable mention honors after scoring six goals and handing out five assists for 17 points. Kench would then lead the team in scoring in each of the next three years. He earned first-team All-AMC honors as a sophomore with 23 points on seven goals and nine assists. He garnered second-team honors as a junior with 14 goals, 10 assists and 24 points. His senior season proved to be his finest as he led Walsh to 15 wins and another postseason appearance. Kench tallied career high numbers with 15 goals and ten assists for 40 points. He is still the all-time leader in career points (118) and assists (34), and is second in career goals (34).
