Baxter David

 

Dr. David Baxter is Coordinator of Accreditation and Coordinator of Retention, Promotion and Tenure and a professor of English at Walsh University. 

Dr. Baxter earned his B.S. from Duquesne University and obtained his M.A. and Ph.D. from the University of Detroit.

Dr. Baxter has been with Walsh University since 1976.
