A MESSAGE FROM THE DIRECTOR

Greetings from the campus of Walsh University! We are very excited about this new opportunity to host the Eagle Eye retreat on our campus this summer!

Our students come to us in many different stages of their faith journey. This 7 day experience will allow young adults, who are already strong in their understanding and practice of their faith, to challenge themselves to a deeper appreciate and awareness of faith.

Are you looking for something more? Are you seeking a deeper experience of all that our church has to offer? Do you seek to meet people who are as excited about your faith as you are? Do you hear God’s invitation to a fuller life in Him? If so, this retreat is for you.

The first days of the retreat (camping) will be used to let go of the “pace of the world” and step into the natural rhythm of God’s creation. After our return to campus we will immerse ourselves in theology and philosophy classes, recreation, prayer, Mass, fellowship and fun. We will focus on John 6:29 “The work of God is this, to believe in the one who he has sent.”Do I live to work or work to live?

Since this is the first Eagle Eye in our area we will need a lot of help to make this happen. Please start praying and asking for Mother Mary’s intercession as we seek to grow in our love of her Son.

If you have any questions please feel free to contact me.

Yours in Christ,

Michele Schafer
