Education Club

This service and academic organization aims to educate and serve the community. The club meets monthly, and helps organize community events such as the Trick or Treat in the Dorms and the Easter Egg Hunt, which are geared toward children.

Council for Exceptional Children

An international professional organization dedicated to improving the educational success of individuals with disabilities and/or gifts and talents. Members of CEC help special needs children in the area by volunteering their time and effort. CEC has many fun and exciting activities throughout the year.

Kappa Delta Pi

Honorary society for Education majors. Students are eligible beginning their junior year.

STARS Afterschool Program

This tutoring and mentorship program is a long-term partnership with Mercy Medical Center Outreach, the Diocese of Youngstown and the Early Childhood Alliance
