Eligibility

Applicants can be of any major but must be approved by both Academic Affairs and Student Affairs. Standard eligibility requirements include a GPA of 2.5 or higher, 21 credit hours earned at Walsh University, and good social standing.

To request an exception to the standard eligibility requirements:

1. Write a letter requesting an exception. Explain why you want to participate in the global learning program and how you expect it to benefit you academically and personally. The letter should be signed and submitted to Dr. Mark Rogers.   

2. Request a recommendation from a faculty member, preferably your academic advisor, who can attest to your academic ability to successfully complete the courses for the global learning program. The faculty member should e-mail Dr. Mark Rogers in support of your participation.
