All MBA program courses are offered in an eight-week format. Two eight-week sessions are offered in each semester: Fall, Spring and Summer. All MBA courses consist of 40 classroom hours with a typical course meeting for ten four-hour sessions distributed over eight weeks: eight week-day evening meetings and two Saturday meetings. One of the Saturday sessions will be a "Success Skills Workshop."
Class Meeting Times
Evening classes meet 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m
Saturday classes meet either 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. or 1:00 - 5:00 p.m. Times for the Success Skills Workshops vary. A typical workshop runs from 8:30 a.m to 11:30 a.m.
Time to Complete
ONE YEAR PACE:
A student with an undergraduate degree in business may complete the MBA program in one year, or three consecutive semesters, provided the student begins coursework in either Session I of Fall Semester or Session I of Spring Semester. For example, a student beginning in Session I of Fall semester and enrolling in two courses each eight week session of the Fall, Spring and Summer semesters would graduate at the end of the summer semester. A student beginning in Session I of Spring semester and enrolling in two courses each eight week session of Spring, Summer and Fall semester would graduate at the end of the Fall semester.
TWO YEAR PACE:
A student may opt for the two year completion pace. The two-year pace is similar to the one year pace except that a student would enroll in only one class each eight week session.
SET YOUR OWN PACE:
A student may set his/her own pace, taking courses as convenient, but must complete all coursework in five years from enrollment in the first MBA course.
