Global Business Experiential Learning & Internship Opportunities
Our global business students have interned at organizations including: CNN, Diebold, The Timken Company, Cleveland Clinic and J.M. Smucker Co.
In Fall 2011, Walsh University’s DeVille School of Business launched a new curriculum that embeds experiential learning activities and experiences through the coursework. Other opportunities include:
Academic (for credit) internships in international business-related functions
Facilitated through though the internship coordinator in the School of Business, internships are available with regional and global enterprises and recommended for all students.
Additional internships (not for credit)
Students can arrange these opportunities with the help of Career Services.
Global Business Experience through Study Abroad Programs
- Walsh’s DeVille School of Business is continually working on more initiatives for students to study business abroad
- As part of Walsh’s Rome Experience, dedicated business groups will have the opportunity to spend a semester at Walsh’s Rome campus
- Past groups have traveled to New York, London, Rome and Milan as part of their global business course
