Heidi Fledderjohann-Sluss

Heidi Fledderjohann-Sluss (1997-00) earned three cross county letters for the Cavs. After transferring from Kent State University, Fledderjohann was selected as the NAIA Ohio Freshman Runner of the Year in 1997 and earned first-team All-American Mideast Conference honors. She qualified for the NAIA National Championships and finished 59th (20:46) and recorded a personal best time of 18:19. Heidi earned NAIA Scholar-Athlete recognition the following two years and just missed returning to the NAIA National Championships with a tenth place finish, earning honorable mention honors. Fledderjohann also earned three track letters. She graduated from Green High School.
