Student Homecoming Events
The University Programming Board, the Office of Student Activites and Alumni Office work together each year to sponsor a series of events to celebrate the University. Events are sponsored all week long and culminate at our Saturday Football Game at Fawcett Stadium.

Entertainment
The University Programming Board sponsors various entertainment during the week. Past events include comedians, musicians and bands, mentalists, hypnotists, magic and many others.
Tailgate
On the Saturday of Homecoming Week the University Programming Board along with other participating student organizations, sponsor a tailgate at Fawcett Stadium. Served hot off the grill, students can enjoy hamburgers, hotdogs, chips, and refreshments; while listening to music and rallying up Cavalier spirit. Whether it by noise makers, face painting, or more, students can get pumped on getting loud and proud in the stands as they cheer on the football team to victory.
Royalty
Prior to Homecoming week, students have the opportunity to nominate and vote for the Homecoming Court and the Homecoming King and Queen.
Office Decorating Contest
To help create a sense of spirit for Homecoming Week, all offices on campus compete to see who can best decorate their office showing their campus spirit.
