Housing Sign-up Schedule

Priority Housing Categories 1-3

Students who fall into priority housing categories 1-3 are required to see their Hall Director to complete a housing contract beginning Monday March 31st.  The Hall Director staff holds regular office hours (8:00am – 5:00pm) in their respective offices.   If housing contracts are not completed by Monday April 7^th at 5:00pm, you will be required to participate in Open Housing Assignments and forfeit your current assignment.

Please contact your Hall Director to complete a Housing Contract

(1) Residents Requesting Medical Singles

Students requesting a single room for medical needs are required to submit all completed paperwork and  documentation to the Director of Residence Life by Friday April 4^th at 5:00pm.

(2) Residents Returning to Current Room Assignment

Students who have requested to return to their current room assignment must obtain a housing contract from their Hall Director.

(3) Residents Moving Within Their Area

Residents of Betzler, Wilkof, Towers Two, Lemmon, Brauchler, Meier, and Stein that are returning to their same area, but would like to change rooms can obtain a housing contract from their Hall Director and review potential openings. 

Priority Housing Category 4

Students who fall into priority housing category 4 are required to see their Hall Director to complete a housing contract beginning Thursday April 3^rd.  

Thursday April 3^rd – Monday April 7^th

(4) Brauchler, Meier, Stein Eligibility List

University Apartment residents returning to the area with vacancies may select roommates from the eligibility.  One CURRENT resident must be present with desired roommate(s) in order to sign-up.  Please see Mike Cinson, University Apartments Hall Director to complete a housing contract. 

Priority Housing Categories 5-7

Students who fall into priority housing categories 5-7 are required to report to the Barrett Business & Community Center at their prescribed dates and times (as listed below):

Thursday April 10^th 2008

(5) Brauchler, Meier, Stein NEW ASSIGNMENTS                       

Barrett Center – Francoeur CONF A 9:15pm

Any remaining students listed on the University Apartment Eligibility list are able to select a room at this time

(6) Displaced Upperclass Residents from Menard        

Barrett Center – Francoeur CONF A 9:30pm

Upperclassman living in Menard Hall (wings) are able to select a housing assignment at this time.  All first-year residents should refer to category #8.

(7) Lemmon, Betzler, Wilkof, Towers Two New Assignments        

Barrett Center – Francoeur CONF A 10:00pm

Upperclassman wishing to move to a different area are able to select a housing assignment at this time.

Students who fall into priority housing categories 8-9 are required to report to the Barrett Business & Community Center at their prescribed dates and times (as listed below):

(8) Open Housing Assignments

ALL current freshman residential students will select housing options available at this time by completed credit hours.

                                Group B                 6:30pm – 7:30pm

                                Group C                 7:30pm – 8:00pm

                                Group D                 8:00pm – 8:30pm

                                Group E                 8:30pm

(9) New Resident Assignments                                                                    

 Barrett Center – Francoeur CONF C - 9:00pm

 Any current Walsh commuter student wishing to move on-campus will select housing options at this time.
