Human Trafficking 101

Date(s): Feb. 13, 2014 - Feb. 13, 2014
Event Time: 6 PM

Did you know that more than 1,000 Ohio-born youth are currently being trafficked and over 6,000 Ohioans considered to be at high risk of becoming victims? Make yourself aware so you can make a difference.

Walsh University Office of Service Learning, Education Club and PATHS (Partners Against Trafficking of Humans Stark County) are hosting this program in recognition of Human Trafficking Awareness Month. Come learn about the issue of human trafficking locally and globally, and discover what you can do to stop the traffic.

Doors open at 6 p.m. and the program begins at 6:30 p.m. at the Barrette Business and Community Center. Please RSVP to Christy Walkuski at cwalkuski@walsh.edu or 330-244-4758.
