Interfaith Conversations - Second Dialogue: Fasting

Date(s): Feb. 20, 2012 - Feb. 20, 2012
Event Time: 6 PM - 8 PM

Walsh University's Division of Theology and Jewish/Catholic Studies Institute invite you to participate in a series of conversations hosted by several communities in the Stark and Summit Counties area. These dialogues will explore how Jews, Christians and Muslims live out their faiths—through prayer, through fasting, through holidays, and through the Scriptures they hold sacred. Each event will include a full meal (lunch or dinner) and will be guided by representatives of each of the three traditions. Come get to know your neighbors of different faiths while enjoying table fellowship! This program is a prelude to the interfaith forum to be held at Walsh University's Vatican II conference this May.

Second Dialogue: Fasting
Location: St. Paul's Catholic Church, 241 S. Main St., North Canton
Cost: $5

RSVP by February 16 to Chris Seeman at (330) 244-4665 or cseeman@walsh.edu
