Jessica Trambley enters her first year in the program as graduate assistant. Trambley is familiar with the GLIAC as she comes to the program from Grand Valley State University where she played three years before suffering a career-ending injury. She served as a student assistant for the Lakers last season where she provided help at practice and games. She assisted in scouting reports and day-to-day functions of team operations. She earned her bachelor’s degree in Marketing this past spring.

Trambley totaled career-highs in points with 16 and rebounds with nine in a victory over Marygrove during her freshman season. Overall, she shot 57.5 percent on 23-of-40 from the field and never missed more than three shots in a game during her first year.

She played her high school prep career at Warren Woods Tower High School in Warren, Mich., under Head Coach Patty Weidman-Pemberton. Trambley earned All-County First-Team, All-Conference First Team, All-State Third Team, and conference MVP honors during her career. She was also a team captain, team MVP, scholar-athlete award winner, and a member of a Macomb Area Conference Blue championship team during her career.

Trambley currently resides in Canton, Ohio.
