Aganze, Brother Francis Xavier
Brother Francis Xavier Aganze is a lecturer at the Walsh University Kisubi Brothers Centre of the Uganda Martyrs University. He attended Mount Saint Theresa where he studied Philosophy and Theology, as well as botany, zoology, and geography. He completed a Post-Graduate Diploma and Master of Arts in Education at Makerere University. He is currently completing his doctoral studies in Higher Education at Makerere University. Brother Francis Xavier Aganze joins Walsh with significant experience in education. This includes his services as Headmaster of the St. Charles Lwanga Kasasa School, Deputy Headmaster of St. Mary’s College of Kisubi, and Head Teacher at St. Edwards Bukuumi and Ibanda Senioe Secondary School. He has lectured in Psychology and Social Sciences at the National Teachers’ College of Nkozi. He serves as a clinical supervisor. Brother Francis Xavier Aganze has also lectured extensively in educational administration, research methods, and educational planning at both the undergraduate and graduate levels. He has previously served as a research supervisor of postgraduate students at Kampala International University.

Teaching
Brother Francis Xavier Aganze teaches courses in Education at the Walsh University Kisubi Brothers Centre of the Uganda Martyrs University. He is designated a Senior Lecturer, as noted by the Uganda Teaching Service Commission. He is also a public relations officer for the Brothers of Christian Instruction in Uganda, Kenya, and Tanzania.
Scholarship
Brother Francis Xavier Aganze is a member of the Uganda National Swimmers’ Association, the International Guitarists’ Association, Rotary International, and New Generations. He has provided presentations regarding human growth and development. He is Co-Editor of the Kisubi Brothers’ Herald, the Uganda Martyrs’ Magazine, and the Kampala Archdiocesan Magazine. He also serves as the Laughter and Humor Lines contributor for Rotarian magazines.
Service
Brother Francis Xavier Aganze is active in Rotary International, as well as provides expertise and service to the Brothers of Christian Instruction and Martyrs’ University.
