Bukkabulindi, Fred Edward K.

Dr. Bakkabulindi is an instructor at the Walsh University Kisubi Brothers Centre of the Uganda Martyrs University.  He completed his Ph.D. in Education, Planning, Management, and Administration at Makerere University.  He also has a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from Makerere University.  He completed a Master of Science in Social Sciences and Social Statistics at Southampton University, United Kingdom.  His undergraduate degree is a Bachelor of Statistics from Makerere University. 

Teaching

Dr. Bakkabulindi developed and implemented a research methods curriculum for the Masters in Educational Leadership degree in Kisubi.  He also teaches courses including educational statistics and Research, Measurement, and Evaluation.  He has supervised many research projects and dissertations.

Scholarship

Dr. Bakkabulindi has published several papers, chapters of textbooks, and pamphlets which address qualitative and quantitative research methods and findings in education.  He has presented at national and international conferences and seminars.

Service

Dr. Bakkabulindi has participated in the development of curricula for various institutions.  He has done various workshops, courses, and lectures for African schools.  He has been a consultant to the Kampala University School of Graduate Studies, as well as developed extensive research guidelines for the Makerere East African Institute for higher Education Studies and Development (EAIHESD) and Nkumba University.
