Current Job Title:
Place of Employment:
Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan, and Aronoff
Why did you chose Walsh?
I initially considered Walsh because my older sisters graduated from there before I did and they really enjoyed their experience. Walsh turned out to be the perfect fit for me. It was small enough so that I knew most of the students and professors around campus. Also, it also gave me the opportunity to continue my tennis career beyond high school and compete in a competitive, collegiate conference.
Describe briefly what you do in your current job:
Having recently graduated from The University of Akron, School of Law, I am currently studying for the Ohio Bar Exam so that I may become a licensed attorney in Ohio. I have already been hired as an Associate Attorney with Benesch, Friedlander, Coplan, and Aronoff in Cleveland and will begin soon after passing the bar!
How did Walsh prepare you for your current job?
I was the second in my law school class and feel that Walsh provided me with a strong foundation to be successful in graduate school. Walsh also taught me that it is important to keep a good balance in life with respect to work, family, and friends.
What advice would you give to someone who is considering attending Walsh University?
I would suggest to all prospective college students to do what makes them happy. I have formed relationships at Walsh with both professors and friends that will last forever. Choosing Walsh was one of the best decisions that I have ever made. It was the perfect fit for my educational, athletic, personal, and spiritual needs.
