Lemmon Hall (1995)

Lemmon Hall offers apartment-style suites for four to six upper-class residents.  Suites contain two double bedrooms, living room, private bathroom and kitchen facilities that come equipped with a refrigerator and oven.  All rooms are carpeted and have built-in closets, two loftable beds, standard twin mattresses, two 4-drawer dressers, two desks, and mini-blinds built into the window.  Residents must demonstrate the necessary maturity and responsibility to be eligible to live in this environment.  Lemmon Hall also houses many of Walsh University’s international students.

Quick Facts

·          Lemmon Hall has secure swipe entry and a house phone at each main entrance.  Only students living in the building will be able to access the front doors with their student ID card.  Non-residents, including guests, are required to be escorted at all times within the building by the student host. 

·          Air-conditioned suites

·          Each rooms comes equipped with high-speed internet access for each student and a shared phone connection capability with individual voicemail phone service.

·          Community Laundry Room, Classroom, Computer Lab, Quiet-study room, Vending machines
