- Len Milazzo
Len Milazzo
Len Milazzo, a 1973 graduate, lettered four times for the men's soccer team from 1970-73. The 1970 squad was the first Walsh team to play a full schedule, finishing 5-4-1. Milazzo contributed 17 career goals, 11 assists and 45 points for his standout career, and was named first-team All-District 22 and Team MVP his senior year, on Walsh's first District 22 championship team in 1973. The 1973 team was the first team to reach double digit wins (13) in a single season. Len also tallied six goals in 1971 and 10 in 1972. The Cavs Soccer field is named after Milazzo, "Milazzo Field."
