Monsignor Lewis F. Gaetano, University Chaplain, Chair, Division of Theology, Director of Graduate Program in Theology, Director of the Catholic Studies Institute, Associate Professor of Theology, began at Walsh in 2003. Prior to coming to Walsh, the North Canton native and a priest of the Diocese of Steubenville, Ohio, served as director of the office of ministry formation for the Diocese of Wheeling-Charleston, West Virginia and as Catholic Director of Campus Ministry at Bethany College in Bethany, West Virginia. Monsignor also served as pastor of the Catholic Community of Mingo Junction, Ohio for 12 years.
Monsignor received his BA in Philosophy from the Athenaeum of Ohio in Cincinnati, Ohio; his MA from West Virginia University in Morgantown and his Doctorate in Ministry from St. Mary Seminary and Graduate School of Theology in Cleveland, Ohio.
