Marching Band/Choir Auditions

Event Time: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Auditions for the Marching Band/Choir Scholarships will be held at Walsh University's Birk Center for the Arts. Don’t forget to bring your instrument and your voices!

To register, click here.

During the audition, you will be expected to:

For Band
1. Play two scales of your choice.
2. Perform an excerpt from your high school band’s repertoire.
3. Sight reading.

For Choir
1. Sing through a simple song in different keys (My Country Tis of Thee or Amazing Grace)
2. Pitch memory drills
3. Elementary sight singing.
(Singers can bring in a prepared song of their choice, but this is not required.)
