Master's in Education Course Overview

If you already have a valid teaching certificate/license or do not intend to teach, follow the guidelines listed below. The student teaching experience required in the licensure program is not part of the requirements for this program. A total of 36 semester hours are necessary for graduation.

Workshop/Alternate Format

Students may apply a maximum of six credit hours from workshops or alternative format courses. The student advisor or Director of Graduate Studies in Education should be consulted prior to enrolling in a workshop or course at another institution to confirm that credits will be accepted. The following courses are made available through a collaborative agreement with the Communicate Institute and may be applied to the fulfillment of requirements.
