Bryan Badar has served the Walsh community since 2004. He received his Bachelor's Degree in Education as well as his Master's Degree in Counseling and Human Development. Bryan serves as the Chief Housing Officer and Chief Judicial Officer overseeing Student Conduct and the comprehensive Residence Life program, which includes the establishment of programs and services that foster respect, dignity, and collegiality among residential students, in unison with the ethics and spirit of the University's Mission Statement.

Tiffany Kinnard-Payton completed her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology in 2006 and her M.A. in Counseling & Human Development at Walsh University in 2008. Tiffany is responsible for overseeing all Residence Life programs, Living-Learning Communities, Resident Assistant staff supervision, and leadership development. TK works directly with the Assistant Dean of Students on strategic initiatives for the residence hall experience.

Jared Ward joined the Residence Life Professional staff in 2013. Jared received his Bachelor's degree in Education from Lockhaven University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development. As a Hall Coordinator, Jared is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student-centered community within the residence halls. In addition, his duties include campus duty coverage, student discipline, conflict resolution, and crisis management.

Kaley Smitley joined the Residence Professional staff in 2014 and is pursuing Master's degree in Counseling Human Development – Mental Health & Student Affairs. Kaley received her B.A. with Honors in English from the University of Mount Union and worked as a Program Administrator in the office of Residence Life. As a Hall Coordinator, Kaley is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student-centered community within the residence halls. In addition, her duties include campus duty coverage, student discipline, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
