Tiffany Kinnard-Payton received her Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with a minor in Psychology in 2006 and her M.A. in Counseling & Human Development at Walsh University in 2008. She is currently pursuing a Doctoral degree in Educational Leadership from Creighton University. As the Chief Housing Officer, Tiffany is responsible for oversight of the comprehensive Residence Life program, which includes the establishment of programs and services that foster respect, dignity, and collegiality among residential students, in unison with the ethics and spirit of the University's Mission Statement.

Jessica Denise Dickson joined the Residence Life professional staff in 2015. Jessica received her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and her Masters in Counselor Education from the University of Central Florida. Jessica previously served as the Assistant Director of Residence Life at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach Florida. Jessica is responsible for providing support to the Director of Residence Life and coordinates university housing placements and room change requests. In addition, Jessica supervises Wilkof & Olivieri Towers and is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student-centered community within the residence halls.

Jared Ward joined the Residence Life Professional staff in 2013. Jared received his Bachelor's Degree in Education from Lockhaven University and is currently pursuing his Master's degree in Counseling and Human Development at Walsh University. As Residential Administrative Coordinator Jared is responsible for overseeing break housing, early arrivals, summer housing, and summer camps/conferences. In addition, Jared supervises the University Apartments and is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student-centered community within the residence halls.

As a Hall Coordinator, Kaley is responsible for creating and maintaining a positive, student-centered community within the residence halls. In addition, her duties include campus duty coverage, student conduct, conflict resolution, and crisis management.
