MENARD HALL (1966)

Menard is one of our first-year student residence halls.  Most first-year, traditional-aged college students will be required to live in Alexis or Menard Hall.  First-year student housing in Menard is designated as a alcohol-free areas.  Rooms in Menard customarily house two students.  Each room as a separate entrance, with two rooms sharing a private bathroom.  All rooms are carpeted and have built-in closets, loftable beds, standard twin mattresses, two 4-draw dressers, and two desks.  Rooms also come equipped with vertical blinds for the windows.

·          Menard Hall has secure swipe entry and a house phone at each main entrance.  Only students living in the building will be able to access the front doors with their student ID card.  Non-residents, including guests, are required to be escorted at all times within the building by the student host. 

·          Each rooms comes equipped with high-speed internet access for each student and a shared phone connection capability with individual voicemail phone service.

·          Community Laundry Room, Computer Lab, Fitness Center, Quiet-study rooms, Chapel,  Ice & Vending machines

·          Room Dimensions (19’ x 10’ x 9’)

BETZLER TOWER (2006)

Betzler Tower is located in the center portion of Menard Hall.  Renovated in 2006, this portion of Menard Hall offers a co-educational environment that consists of single rooms as well as double and four-person suites to upper-class students.  All bedrooms come equipped with large built-in wardrobes, standard twin-size mattresses, bunk-beds, 3-draw dressers, and desks.  A refrigerator and microwave are also provided in each suite.
