Who Do I Contact for…? Maintenance Issues Complete a Request for Repair Form on the maintenance board located outside each Residence Hall office. The Residence Hall Maintenance staff will work promptly to address your problem. Cable Cable service is provided through Time Warner Cable. If you are experience cable issues, please contact your RA or Hall Director to assess your cable issue. Lock-outs All room lock-outs are handled through the Office of Residence Life. Please contact your Resident Assistant or Hall Director for lock-out assistance. There is a $2.00 fee per lock-out. Laundry Machines If you are experiencing issues with a residence hall washer, dryer or change machine, please contact your Hall Director. Computers/Internet/Labs If you are experiencing problems with your personal computer, internet connection, or need assistance in a Residence Hall computer lab, please contact the Information Systems Help Desk at x4357.
