Walsh University Offers New MBA Tracks
Walsh University announces a series of new tracks for its MBA program. Three separate and specialized tracks, delivered in an adult-friendly format that include two eight-week sessions each semester, will be available for students:
MBA in Management - The MBA in Management links current theory to practice and provides the knowledge a manager needs for productive and effective interaction with others within the organization. The program develops and refines the interpersonal and analytical skills for a manager to effectively plan, organize, leads, and control the activities of an organization.
MBA in Health Care Management - This program is designed to create a balance between the knowledge of business with the value of health care experience. The MBA in Health Care Management provides future leaders with a wide range of competencies and skills needed to advance their career in health Care industry.
MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) - The MBA in Integrated Marketing Communications (IMC) explores e-commerce while providing an understanding of the role and importance of the media and technology to form a unique focus. This track will prepare professionals to foresee changes in the marketplace and enable them to develop customer-focused approaches in current and emerging businesses.
"Today, MBA candidates are seeking an MBA program to meet their areas of interest and to their changing needs in their careers," according to Rahmat Tavallali, professor of business and management and director of MBA program. "In order to meet the demands of today's organizational environment for providing graduates with the specific knowledge and skills necessary to serve as experts in their field of management, The Walsh University MBA program has enhanced the curriculum and developed three alternatives areas of concentration."
