DirectTV to air Junior World Championship Title Game

2009 IFAF Junior World Championship medal games to also stream live on foxcollegesports.com

New York & Los Angeles - Football history happens on FOX College Sports on the July 4th weekend when the 2009 IFAF Junior World Championship comes to historic Fawcett Stadium in Canton, Ohio, adjacent to the Pro Football Hall of Fame.  The world's best junior national football teams (aged 19 and under) from eight countries spanning four continents will compete for a gold medal in a burgeoning international sport played in 52 nations.
 
FCS Atlantic's coverage of the Bronze Medal Game kicks off LIVE on Saturday, July 4 at 7:00 PM ET with the Gold Medal Game on Sunday, July 5 at 1:00 PM ET. For the first time, FoxCollegeSports.com will present a live stream of the event, coinciding with FCS' Live broadcast, meaning an international audience can also tune into the medal games online.
 
IFAF Junior World Championship Bronze and Gold Medal Games will be aired via the following:

Lead play-by-play announcer Kevin Eschenfelder, lead analyst Charles Davis and reporter Samantha Steele will call the action.  Joining the FCS football crew, Davis has served as the lead analyst for FOX Sports' broadcast of the last three BCS Championship games.

The inaugural tournament features teams from eight nations spanning four continents - Canada, France, Germany, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Sweden and the United States - and will be played in Fawcett Stadium adjacent to the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio, from June 27 to July 5.
